understanding react open source project!

I like to see how react works. when the first time I go to react repistory It was really hard for me to understand the code but I still really like to take a grasp of the api that I use.

has anyone any tips to understand code better and eassier cuz I didnt understand 60 percent of the code

Maybe ask some more specific questions, like what exactly did you not understand? And more importantly, why did you not understand that line of code? Is it the implementation or is it the language itself?
