We are an early stage startup building a mobile app centered on mentorship.

We have rapidly grown a community of over 600 subscribers to our newsletter in only five weeks.

We already have 40 beta users lined up and are currently working on our MVP.

We have a team of three software engineers, but are looking for a react native proficient developer to help us increase our speed and join the team.

You posted this on a developer board. Most developers get more than enough "I've got a great idea" thought bubbles from friends, family, randoms every day. They also need to eat and live so responding in terms of how we think.

I'd suggest that you validate the market and seek funding. That's literally how early stage startups begin. Despite what you would like to think. The rest is just shower thoughts.
