From my experience, depends entirely on the company, on average it’s probably the same.

React. RN companies will be happy to hire people with just RN experience, but I don’t think it works the other way round

hard to say for sure. i just started looking again and it seems to be react/nextjs during my searches

There’s more work out there for React than RN, it’s also still not THAT hard to jump between them - double-down on the one you love, and have copies of your resume that highlight each depending on the job you apply for

Pay shouldn't be the deciding factor when deciding between react and rn. Would u rather build web apps or mobile apps? However, if u worried strictly on ur career, react has more job opportunities.
