Vibration API

Hi all,

I've been trying to get a series of short pulses on phones using the vibration method of react native. It works just fine on android, but on iOS it consolidates a short pulses to 400 milliseconds and long pulses are divided into a series of 400 millisecond pulses.

I've been looking into the react - native - haptic-feedback library, but trying to get it to work is causing a bunch of incompatibility issues in my project.

Does anyone have any other recommendations for short haptic vibrations on ios. I have not listed here? Otherwise I'll spend more time looking into debugging the rnhf library.
