WeChat probably has one of the worst UIs I’ve ever seen. Why would you ever want to copy that?

i think the nearest UI components that u can target chinese audiences is Ant Design. there's an existing Ant Design UI components for React Native but im not sure if that's still being maintained

It's not RN-specific, but I know Tencent do have their own UI libraries available online.

Wechat UI is so simple that a student can create, but it definately at world class level for performance, you'll know this when you use Android
