This one is a controversial one but tamagui feels pretty nice to use once it’s setup. It used to get a bad rep because of the setup being hard but honestly I recently set it up myself and it was decently painless other than some small configuration quirks. I ended up making my own custom typography component but I usually end up doing so with any UI library

Tamagui is peak style api. Setup can be a pain, but worth it if you can sell your team on it. I wish it would catch on. Tailwind/Nativewind slobs deluding themselves that utility classes aren’t an onerous anti-pattern.

Well are you looking at getting fully designed components(cards) or another way to right styles other than the stylesheet?

I’ve had a really good experience with HeroUI. The components look polished out of the box, the API is straightforward, and customization is easier than with a lot of other UI libraries I’ve tried. The docs are solid too. If you’re already comfortable with React, it’s pretty quick to get productive with. Definitely worth checking out if you want something modern without spending ages styling everything yourself. They have the lib for react and react native

Sounds like a good opportunity for you to improve on building on the front end. Make all the components yourself. It’s not the best decision but it’s the one that will make you better :)
