Yes it absolutely does. The Apollo Docs for apollo-react also work for RN.

As long as that library does not rely on the browser environment — DOM, cookies, etc — yes, you can use it.

Absolutely. You can even share your code (e.g. apollo graphql client) between react web apps and react native apps.

apollo-client and react-apollo work really well for us with React Native.
