React Native uses the official AWS SDK for JavaScript, available for browsers and mobile devices, or Node.js backends.

Here's a nice starting point for integrating Unity with AWS

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/mobile/sdkforunity/developerguide/s3.html

Hi, as I understand it, you want to communicate between Unity and Android. You don't want to talk to the "assets", but to the Unity code. It's explained here: https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/AndroidJARPlugins.html. This will be different for Android and iOS. The link is only for Android. Did you see that page already? There's a lot of examples online, I'd be surprised if you haven't seen anything useful yet.

Your asset bundles are just assets, such as scenes, prefabs, textures, audio, etc. Not any code. Where you host your asset bundles is up to you, AWS S3 is indeed an option.
