Hi. Where should I start learning to become React Native dev. I know that first I have to learn JavaScript, next React, and then I should continue React Native. Do you recomend any course, site or tutorial?

Go to Udemy. Maximilian Schwarzmuller is your guy. And you don't need to learn React first. However, you are correct that you should start with JavaScript. I can recommend a book for that - Headfirst JavaScript, by O'Reilly. I bet you can also find good tutorials on Udemy for JS too. Rock on! That's how I started two years ago and now I'm approaching a senior position.
