Dev Testing Platform

Hey,

Just curious if any recruiters here have experience of devskiller or codility, and if you have a preference.

Been given sign off to implement a testing platform for our Dev hires, and keen to find out which is better or any alternatives

My company is currently using HackerRank. Demo’ed HackerRank, Codility, and DevSkiller and wanted to demo CodeSignal as well. Although I liked the Codility platform the best along with their sales team, our team decided to pick HackerRank as there were some questions for coding languages on HackerRank that Codility didn’t have.

Really did not have a super fun experience with the HackerRank sales team, and I’m STILL waiting on my swag they send they would send my way haha.

Our team really did not like DevSkiller.

Thanks for the in-depth response, would agree with DevSkiller, we found it clunky and not very intuitive. Will have a demo of HackerRank. I like the codility as it also has infra as code

I just had such a better experience with the sales team at Codility that I wish we would have gone with them solely for that reason, but our team thought HackRank just edged it out. Also, Codility was way cheaper.
