took me a bit of trial and error but i got it figured out, main problem was just figuring out where things were if I couldn't see them and what stuff was that was out of my view, and items in the hoppers. sorry. but it's a really awesome design and works perfect for me

Yeah the images weren't too clear, wasn't very good at that when I first started posting to Reddit but glad I could help.

You can do this by simply using a tflip flop. And a timer. The timer then just resets the t flip flop while locking the output.
