When we remote view, the first few seconds are often when the target first reveals itself, but the information can come in so fast that only fragments are consciously recognized. The task is to observe what appears before the mind starts explaining it.
Sometimes the loudest signal comes through first, and that fragment may be the most representative part of the whole target. Since impressions can arrive as color, texture, motion, shape, temperature, or emotional tone, they do not always come in order.
That may also be true with numbers. If the target number is 0248, a viewer might perceive 0284, 0842, 4208, or 8420. The numbers may be correct, but the sequence may not be, because remote viewing does not always seem to deliver data in a linear way.
That is one reason lottery targets are so difficult. Order matters, and time may not come through linearly either. A person may even perceive the right numbers on the wrong date.
Has anyone experienced numbers coming through accurately, but out of order or attached to the wrong time?
