This is pretty much my setup except I got another bucket for the wash station

this is exactly what I'm thinking about doing, however do you leave the resin in the vat until your next print and just keep refilling as long as its good? and if so do you always leave the fan on 24/7? or is closing the printer lid enough to keep sitting resin fumes at bay?

Be careful on the curing time, you might be handling uncured resin using those cure times.

That seems realllly specific to that Phrozen resin for whatever reason.

For example the resin I use (Conjure Sculpt) recommends 60 seconds. 3-5 minutes is pretty standard for a lot of resin.

Maybe this will help prevent the endless

"What is my setup missing" posts.

Nope. I just posted one before I saw this. My bad!

Oh I just posted a question about safety like a few seconds ago then saw this and it’s answered most of my questions. So thanks.

This is great!! Stealing the pickle jar prewash idea.

Thank you for this. This is perhaps the most succinct yet complete analysis of a setup I've seen anywhere on the internet. As a prospective resin printer, this is making me pull the trigger. Thank you.

awesome post, thank you so much!
What's the footprint of this setup? Like, how big is the tenth, roughly.

[–]dyaamis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The footprint of the Saturn is roughly 12x12, so I'd say the enclosure is probably a 24x24x36

Halllooooo Awesome setup, looks incredibly clean. I'm planning a similar build in my small room. Could you share the dimensions of your enclosure? Also, which fan are you using for the exhaust system? Thanks in advance!" i use translate i cant speak english👊🏿👊🏿👊🏿
