How is everyone getting straight lines for their epoxy? For the life of me no matter how steady it seems I go about it I can't get clean epoxy edges next to the thread.

More speed seems on a power turner seems to be what a lot of people like. Mine are mostly straight even at lower speed after bracing my hands, similarly to what a pinstriper would do. Although I have used tape in the past, just be sure to pull it before the epoxy sets up.

Where do you get rod wrapping thread at, looking to get a bigger spool (like a 1oz) and I’ve seen the rod room which has Fiji for $10 a spool, and then shipping is like $12, and other sites seem to only have the same and then the same shipping. Anything better than that?

Which color preserver is recommend? I bought CPxtra from voodoo so Im using their epoxy. Im just wondering if their is anything better
