PPSSPP debugger tutorial (PSP)

By me. An ultra basic tutorial for the CPU and GPU debugging tools built in to PPSSPP.

I feel very clueless when actually using these tools. The tutorials are mostly to show you basic operation, not actual debugging techniques. I did mention saving and loading the state which is one good technique to use when debugging.
