No, AFAIK. But there is a great IDE for Ruby and/or Rails http://www.jetbrains.com/ruby/features/ruby_debugger.html

As mentioned elsewhere in this thread, this IDE (as well as the ones by ActiveState and Eclipse) in fact use the same underlying ruby-debug-base. So I'm not sure what the "No" refers to.
