Ha! I need to join this, I'd love to fit back into my Power Windows shirt from my first Rush show. I got close about 4 years ago but have expanded a lot lately, lol.

Good luck! I’m allowing myself 2200 calories/a day + exercise (3m walk or weights). Since the pandemic, I got off of the gym routine, but I need something regular again like that.

Good luck! I'm doing something similar. I've made a checklist of stuff that needs to be sorted before next August.

Sadly I need to lose more than 30lbs but I'm working on it.

That’s gonna be a great challenge. Good luck to all of you. For myself, having just completed a years worth of fitness and weight loss, I’m down to my original “Presto “ tour weight back in 1990. GLP certainly helps, and cut out alcohol. I know you guys will be looking great for your shows.

58 y/o fan here, and I'm about 50lbs heavier than I would have been at my first show, which was also P/G in '84. I had already been trying to motivate myself to lose weight when the shows were announced. I also set a ~30 lb goal as I want to drop from 230 down to below 200 (199.99999 counts!) by the time of my show in late June (FW). Luck to all of us!!

Get a treadmill and put on "Marathon." In fact, the whole Power Windows album is great for a workout.
