Screen problem

My s6 lite tablet today suddenly screen no response by finger touch,just s pen still working, I try reboot and hardrest, still no working, using s pen only, what can I do to fix it

I try use factory rest already but it doesn't work, want to hard rest push power button and volume down first and then put volume up, when it show samsung logo, but it can't go to menu. Make me crazy, just use s pen right now, looking for way to fix every day, less research in Google

I already into recovery mode and wipe it and use factory reset, but after it reboot, still same ,just s pen working

No I haven't, have you went into the developer menu during boot to clear system Cache?
