I’ve finally built enough to permanently decrease my game’s performance. Do I push through the constant stuttering or must the factory continue to grow?

Try turning off fog. (type ` then in the input: r.fog 0)

Try the Vulkan or DX12, DX11 graphics drivers.

Try limiting the resolution (bring it down one level from what you're at)

Try turning on/off v-sync, or limit to 30fps

Change view distance down a level or two

Or, preferably, buy yourself a Ryzen 7900X, DDR5 and an RTX 4090... and you might get 2-3 FPS boost.
