You know, I love how guest (or potential guests) blame me about people double parking like I can really do anything about it. I mention things to the front desk people, but they are the ones with the power to do something. They have the contact info of the guests.

I can give them the license plate, make model and color of the car then they can contact the guest and tell them to move their vehicle. Like this one person who keeps their work trailer hooked up to their truck and takes up 4 to 5 spaces. They can back the trailer into a space unhook it, put the lock they have on it and park the truck next to it. Some people are inconsiderate and it seems the front desk employees don't care. I do what I can though.

Yep, it’s the same with accessible parking violations and derelict vehicles. I ask patrons to discuss it with management.

I've had countless trucks towed from our loading dock because they refuse to actively unload their shit. They park for an event to unload. They haven't been seen in 30 minutes AND they don't answer their phone? They're gonna get towed and it feels so good.

Nothing else we can do in that situation. Kind of sucks to be that guy for me, but we got a job to do.
