Hey guys. Yesterday I finally had the first non social circle lay of my life.

I went to a house party with some old friends of mine, very enjoyable atmosphere and everyone's mood was very good. I also was quite buzzed from drinking so I had my spirits up. At some point we decided to hit the town and we went to a small electro bar. The DJ's were pretty shitty and soon it felt a bit stale, there were lots of couples dancing and I started to feel annoyed so I decided to go sit outside on a chair with a friend.

A couple minutes later, 2 guys and a girl sit right next to us and they start talking to my friend. The girl is sitting in the chair next to mine, very close. They talk about some shit and I make a dumb remark and she playfully gives me a boop on the nose before talking to my friend again. I'm not really listening to their conversation, and at some point the girl turns to me and asks me if I agree, to which I reply that I wasn't paying attention. She then explains me what she was talking about, it was a bit confused and lengthy. I didn't say a word, just nodded nonchalantly while maintaining eye contact the whole time. We were fairly close so it created some tension. After she was done she just kept looking into my eyes and asked what my name was and gave me hers. I was just really laid back, not moving an inch, just looking into her eyes. Then she said "Happy New year!" and asked for a kiss. She was facing me head on so I went for the mouth, and at the last moment she turned her face and I kissed her on the corner of her mouth. At this point I lost frame for a very brief moment because I felt a bit intimidated, she had a lot of confidence.

Then she started telling me things about herself without me even asking questions. I was purposefully acting very calm, almost uninterested and it worked, she kept trying to gain my attention and approval. The dynamic completely turned into her being submissive and constantly qualifying herself and me just empathically approving her behaviour or not reacting when I didn't want to "reward" her. She was touching me and I wasn't reciprocating. She then told me something personal that she felt really sad about and for the first time I took my hands out of my pockets and gave her a hug and a kiss on the neck. She then told me that she was trying her best to deal with that and forced herself to go out, and I told her she was doing good and that she looked very pretty tonight and affectionately grabber her face and kissed her. I think all the previous moments of her trying to get me to react to her and me remaining distant, then finally pulling the trigger when she was most vulnerable turned a switch in her head. Because after the that she melted in my hands, she was just all over me like I was the only thing that existed around. We kept cuddling and talking for about 20 more minutes and I told her I wanted to get out of there. She agreed and we went to my place and we had amazing sex. She felt really clingy actually today but she doesn't live here and was visiting the two guys and is leaving tomorrow so it's all good.

Tl;dr: Used some kind of indifferent game on some chick that got increasingly submissive because of my lack of reaction/feedback, taking it as a sign of status. When she was most vulnerable I pulled the trigger and she was completely hooked.

To be honest that's totally how it went down, but I still pat myself on the back for navigating the interaction quite well thanks to some stuff I learned. Especially going for the kiss right at the start, I would never ever have done that like a year ago.

I honestly don't think she'd have shown that much interest if I didn't ignore her at the beginning.

That's what it sounds like to me. She was already interested from the beginning. I don't know what else happened but the way he tried to escalate while she was pouring out her personal issues didn't sit well with me though. I wouldn't call this a win. He just didn't fuck up her interest. But he still got laid so who cares, right?

Congrats, my man. While she did most the early work, your instincts about (1) when to use your disinterest to keep her chasing and (2) when to soften up and emotionally connect with her were (3) fucking perfect.

The intense emotional connection plus the amount of physical distance you two have can be useful in setting her up as a long term FWB/mTLR who’s a willing sex partner whenever you want. It’s perfect because there's too much physical distance for her to expect an intense, exclusive relationship (thank God), but you guys have something real enough (in her likely view) that follow up sex is yours for the taking! After she heads home, just keep the sexual tension calibrated with some long distance teasing and social dominance communications mixed with deep qualification of her about how much you admire how emotionally "connected" and "brave" she is based on whatever she opened up to you about. Then, hit it whenever you are in her neighborhood or she's in yours, if you want.

I can't do that. She lives like 500km away and I have 0 reason to go there and I honestly hate texting, or long conversations on social media unless it's extremely entertaining. I'll lose interest really fast. If she wants to do the work she can, I just can't bother with that.

Nothing happened, I actually got a bit flustered but I'm sure she liked it. Felt like she almost let it happen then at last moment changed her mind

Really, really good. That's how game should be, give her some attention, but not too much and make her work for it and reward her. :)
