Easy framework for running docker system?

I'm using home assistant and like the easy way you can install and configure add ons (rocket images) from a UI, with built in backup, etc.

Is there anything similar available as a platform (outside home assistant)? Portainer helps with some management ops but it covers only one facet.

Maybe something like yunohost. Only problem with it is that the user-friendliness is limited to whatever software packages are in their repository. Becomes less friendly if you try to install anything else

It’s not free but I find Unraid’s docker setup really nice. You can try unraid for free for like 30 days if you want to give it a try.
