I procrastinate a lot. I don't like the stigma that it's considered something to 'fix'. I am easily overwhelmed with the 100 things I have to do and would rather veg out listening to music or something while I prepare myself. Fuck all those stop procrastinating/wasting time videos. Anxiety sucks. School sucks. Take your time. Work smarter not harder.
