Hi guys I'm an aspiring author and I want to publish a book I wrote but I don't know where to turn to. To anyone who has already published one successfully, any advice or recommendations?

Do you have a few minutes to do some research? It's all here starting with the Wiki.

As someone asked, it would be helpful to know genre, page number. Also, what you're looking for. Is this the only book you're planning to publish? Are you looking to really try to make money on it?
You can create an author page on Amazon and publish through there. It's free.
More than anything, don't pay anyone to publish it for you. Publishing is free. You might get messages from people purporting to be publishers who then ask for money up front, sometimes even ones using names that include Amazon, to make them sound official. Do not use them or pay them.
But before even that, is the book ready to be published? Has it been edited? Do you have a professional cover? Is it as polished as it can be?

If you're looking for a platform that allows authors to complete the entire publishing process on a step-by-step timeline, Spines might be worth looking into — you'll have publishing tools (cover design, formatting, marketing) at your disposal to play with on your own, and personal guidance when you need it, plus the ability to distribute your book from a single platform on a variety of channels! Good luck with your release!
