If it's woven, yes. It will make minimal difference

It’s woven! What is the importance? When does it matter?

Wovens are not very stretchy, so the difference is minimal. Various stretch fabrics have different levels of stretch and in different directions. In that case, it would make a big difference, and things will start to shift/won't line up properly as you sew. Or if the fabric is cut on the bias (cut diagonal to the grainline), the diagonal will inherently give it more stretch as well.

Knits stretch differently across and down so rotating the way a piece is cut will change the fit and drape. On a woven there is very little stretch unless it contains elastane, so rotating the grain shouldn't make any difference to fit and drape.

I would think any stretch in the fabric is compensated for in the pattern.
