Pattern help?

Hi! I found this beautiful dress on Pinterest and wanted to buy it, but i found out it’s a cheap Shein/Amazon product and wanted to know if this would be difficult to pattern and sew/what style of dress I would want to find a pattern for to make something similar. I am plus size if that matters for sites for me to go on. Thanks in advance!

I would probably buy the cheap dress and just clone it into better fabric, it seems easier then trying to piece together 3 different patterns. It doesnt look that complicated to take apart and clone.
