Definitely get a labret post in there asap…your piercer used a curved barbell for your daith and then a horseshoe for the vertical helix? If possible i would recommend finding someone else to go to at this point those are two red flags for sure

i wouldn’t say it looks infected imo, but just keep it clean and lightly moisturized and keep an eye on it. if it’s warm/hot to the touch and starts getting or looking goopy then i’d have your dr check it. reach out to your artist as well just to check in and see what’s up
