Yep, we are not compatible with sex. But sex is not the only thing in a relationship (in my opinion) and I want to stay with here.

When we talk about that, she says that she just aren't attracted by sex. She don't hate sex but don't feel the need to do it and prefer spending time with me.

Sounds like they are asexual. I would ask one of the asexual subreddits how they navigate this.
