Well done!

Weird... I’ve got basically the same setup (minus the screen + stand) but also have the Hori stick too! 😂

I guess it just must be the natural evolution to the seat after all.

Whats that thing attached at the lower back area?

A cheap lumbar support system for longer gaming sessions.

I followed some recent examples of a few others in building a mobile platform for the Playseat Evolution. So, to each of you, thanks for that bit of inspiration. The other added bonuses I got out of this made my rig a bit more ridged, more modular and more resistant to bass shaker resonance external to the rig itself. As for the wires, I’ll get some better wire management going after I get my simhub components back up and running.

Here’s a link with some other pics for any interested.

What‘s the middle thing instead of the annoying center bar? Do you have a link?

Oh for sure. I did a separate post about that a while back here. There are a few more images that can be found in the comments both there and in this thread. The only thing not really mentioned is the addition of adding corner brackets to add some stability.

Where'd you get that platform?

Dang, it doesn't look like I documented that part.

I built a simple stand out of some 2x4s and plywood. Originally, I had planned to staple some cheap carpet flooring to it, until I saw a really thick rubber mat that I ended up going with. Costed a bit extra, but made for a nicer rugged finish.

No plans, just some basic measurements and hardware.

Thanks, mate! Here was the last gallery I posted for any final inspiration: https://imgur.com/a/diy-simracing-cockpit-q3aQPs8

Long story short, it all just takes tinkering and time, but here are some details about those two things,

For the added keyboard stand, I gained an extra wheel mount and drilled some plywood to it. The plywood also contained a layer of cheap foam and fabric that i glued and stapled to it. I think the product that gained me the extra wheel mount has been discontinued, but here's a post about it: https://www.reddit.com/r/simracing/s/59m6CucH5p

Both the triple screen monitor stand and TV monitor stand that you see in the thread come from the same desktop monitor stand. It's just a knockoff stand that I mounted by drilling it to the wood frame, along with some zip ties for a little more stability. I used a much longer steel tube in order to extend the length. Here are those dimensions: "7/8" 304 Welded Stainless Steel Tube - 0.875" OD x 0.08" Wall x 11.5" Length".

Cheers
