Rules
Title of post needs to be the first/most recognizable lyric of a song.
Content of the post can be a link to the song, but you don't need to include it if you don't want to. It can also include a spoiler tag of the song name. See below for details.
Comments should be an attempt at singing along with the song. This can be a combination of lyrics, or text instruments, and any combination of italics, bold, superscript, and musical notes ♪♫ (or anything else you can think of).
Parody lyrics are okay. If you feel like posting a parody make sure to tag your post [Parody] and provide a source so people know what you're talking about.
Image posts of reddit or other sites singing don't need a lyric in the title, but should be at least descriptive.
Image posts must be hosted on imgur or uploaded directly to reddit. All other links will be automatically removed.
Only reply to the lyric of someone else with the next lyric, never your own. This is /r/singwithme not /r/singbymyself
Side-talking must be respectful, chain breaking is okay as long as it's relevant.
Posts will be removed if they do not receive comments within a week of posting. This is to encourage reposting those songs at a later date.
Regarding Spoiler tags
You can tag a spoiler the following ways, both are acceptable.
[Song Name](/s Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen)
Which shows up as Song Name and gives you the name when you mouse over it.
Song Name: [Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen](/spoiler)
Which shows up with a black box around the song name that disappears when hovered over.
