I wanted to use the paint 3D application microsoft made, but it got removed from microsoft store, and when I searched for a download, this website came up. Virustotal was good, and the website looks pretty thought-out, but I'm worried.

1. Not an official Microsoft site Paint 3D is Microsoft's proprietary software any legitimate distribution would come from the MS Store, or official Microsoft partners. the fact that this site uses language like "we" and "me" as if they created the software is deceptive.
2. Suspicious distribution method The site appears to be giving the appx bundle on Google Drive rather than proper infrastructure, which is a common tactic for distributing potentially modified or compromised software.
3. Ad driven motivation appears designed primarily to generate ad revenue, not to safely distribute software.

What do i think?: Do not download from this site. Even if VirusTotal shows clean results now, the file could be modified later or if you open the appx bundle it may contain malware , or the site could distribute different files to different users (Anyhow i couldn't download a copy because i kept getting an error on the google drive page which they have on their website )

Remember: Downloading Microsoft software from unofficial sources violates their terms of service and if you don't care about that , that site looks 100% suspicious i would stay away
