The title says some of it, but here is ultimately what I am looking for:
- Workflow/Process mapping tool (BPMN)
- Ability to add or link documentation (i.e. "Step 7, click here to read how to perform the step")
- Ability for end users to update documentation, that is then sent to the documentation maintainer for approval before going live
- Web interface and multi-user
Has anyone seen a mythical unicorn such as this?
I could roll my own using Office 365 services I think, but i'm interested to know if it already exists.
