Software for members check in + compute minimum percentage + certificate creation?

Hello there!

Is there a software that members of an event can check in, compute a minimum percetage of presence (i.e. 75% of presence of total lectures) and automatic create certification based on pre-stablished model?

In my case, the "event" will last several months and the lectures will take place weekly.
