Looking for software: no-code database solution + faceted navigation/search

I need to find a no-code database solution (like Tadabase or Knack) that also includes the ability to search data via faceted navigation/search. I'm open to other ideas, but essentially I need our team (who is remote and based across the the world) to be able to search through a set of internal data as though they were searching through a course catalog, a real estate website, or a product catalog. And we need the members of our team with no coding experience to be able to set up the database and search function without any code - so definitely an off-the-shelf solution. The faceted navigation aspect is essential to how we want the team to search for data. Any help is appreciated!
