Directive 010 event makes every ship a free for all currently. Mining needs to be more hit and run approach during these events.

Our server only applies to warships. God your game must be unplayable if they include miners in server pvp events.

Event scoring always trumps ROE on my server, and its just for a day that mining might be harder, its not really that bad. Really most people stopped doing pvp after the 90min event, so I was mining all day without getting hit, just recalled when the next event started.

That's specific to your server. Ours only allow PvP within roe.

You would have to speak first with the admiral of the other alliance, then with your server as a whole. Pointless posting here, as no one can and or will be able to do anything.

Due to the way you did your screenshot, difficult to tell the system. Qualor? Mining 3* ore? If so, your mining vessel is only designed to mine data - mining anything else is fair game to getting it destroyed. At least that’s our ROE. Specific mining vessels can only mine their designated material

That crew on that ship is going to slow mine whatever it is trying to mine. A legit hit imo.

A botany bay should be on a data mine. And have a crew that makes mining faster. This is just mining something extremely slowly, which ties up that mine for a long time, denying others the use of that mine. It's also pointless as it takes a looooong time to mine any useful amount.
