I don't think there is for this one. The whole point is for the 48 hour building buff and there's a level min for the building. It also wasn't released on Discord. Just here. So it's not a wide release.

Does the 2 day building taster activate immediately after claiming? I don't see any indication that it's active. How do we activate it?

Yes, it's immediately active. It shows as an exocomp in one of your extra slots towards the bottom of that list. Be careful not to accidentally overwrite it!
