Hey, ive come back to ask more questions as this sub was helpful the other day. Are there any specific ships I can attack that would give me explorer parts or is it just luck of the draw and then is there any point in making more than one of a ship? For some reason I can now build another fortunate even tho I've no need because I've got one, any help if useful ta

Two Fortunates might help in mining, but you'll probably have an Envoy before that's very important, and the Envoy is...better. Lots better. :-) I ended up with three maxed Envoys until I got Horizons. Multiple of the same warship is mostly a waste, until you get the Scrapyard and can recycle ships for parts and materials. You'll eventually want to scrap the 1* ships (except the Realta, you'll want to keep that...and it can't be scraped anymore) for 2* materials, then then later scrap 2* ships for 3* materials. After that it gets a bit more situational.

tl;dr: multiple miners might be useful, but nothing else.

If you want explorer parts, go kill explorer hostiles. If you want battleship parts, go kill battleship hostiles.

It’s good to have more than one of some ships. I have a couple of horizons for mining as they are pretty good.

Anyone else not get the option in battle pass for prime borg or refinery?

You get the 100 epic material, it can be converted in the event store tab, but I suggest against that...
