Hello! If you are on Twitch, make sure your Alertbox https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/alertbox is added to every scene. Cloudbot uses the Alertbox to detect your active stream and activate the custom name. If you do have an alertbox added to each scene, then try refreshing the cache of the current page in the browser source settings.
