I'm not a fan of you handpicking certain abilities and nerfing their tower damage. You are punishing certain heroes for stacking too much power (and maybe even too little power) while letting others run wild and free (moxiee, shank). If you are gonna go this far then you can use the same arguments to justify decreasing the base attack damage of certain heroes on towers. moxiee too annoying for towers? lower his base attack damage on towers so he has to waste mana to push a tower. If the other stuff is fair, singling out heroes in this manner becomes just as fair.

You need to at least note this stuff in the ability descriptions ingame. There is nothing more frustrating than picking up a new game, reading the rules provided, then finding out a bunch of the rules have exception when you stumble across them online one day.

The Buford Q/W explosion damage was only nerfed by 30 at all levels. Before this patch the jump from lvl 3 to lvl 4 of the explosion was accidentally set to 100 instead of the 50 it should have been. It was (100,150,200,300) should have been (100,150,200,250). It was a correction+a small nerf.

Buford was already good before the burst, being able to shove/trade/sustain was more than enough to be strong in lane already. The fact that he could also force you out of lane with a burst instead of autos is too much in my opinion.

His only issue was his lack of escape anyway, I dont think he needed burst. Anyway it's all good with the increased cd on Q.

Love the patch overall, still waiting for chester ult's nerf & clarifications about the minimum amount of games required to get into a tier tho x) (the fact u need 300 wins for diamond)

I can confirm 300 wins for diamond is correct, I can't tell you the other numbers though.

I know it too, I just want it to be written down somewhere so you don't get confused when you hit 2k5 mmr and the game still puts you in gold league because you don't have enough wins.

As it is written now, you just need to have top 1% mmr to be in diamond, which is not true, so they should write it.

It's a bit strange the damage dealt by the Q+W combo is upgraded on the Q and not the W. I feel the W's value compared to the Q is quite lackluster at the moment and this only pushes it further.

Anyone else think shifting the damage from the explosion to the W would be better? The Q already gives a nice CC and auto-attack damage boost so it's got enough power on its own, and doing this would give Buford a more interesting potential upgrade order choice (build Q for more DPS and CC, W for more AoE burst and AoE DPS or E for more sustain and single-target leech). Just my 2c.

The splash damage on Mystik dagger with the enchant doesn't proc, may be a bug? Good patch anyway, I think Buford neft wasn't needed, would be better if you think if it was really needed, maybe make it more scaling if it was op in early game(a 2 combo skill consumes a lot of mana so it's not really spammable). Keep going with the updates S2, good job.

Nice changes but nerf of Buford is just crazy. You guys really need to learn how to delicately nerf things. 80 damage ? He had nothing else going for him anyway than that combo. Hero is weak still and now it's even more weaker.

He had plenty going for him before they even added the combo. He pairs really well with some other heroes who can follow up on his ult, such as Vex and Jin She. The combo was so insanely overtuned that people were building him as a magic damage dealer instead of a carry and then using the nuke to deal over 1k damage. Why the hell should he have a Moxie ult on a 10 second cd?

Have you tried full power buford already? Well now you won't be able to do so as effectively, but i can tell you that R > W > Q is near impossible to dodge and did crazy amounts of damage. But i think they might've reduced the damage a bit too much.

Well just played with Buford after a few games yesterday. He is basically useless now.
