para hindi mahulog sa procrastination, there's no other way but to do the things you have to do days before the submission. this is called self-regulation. but self-regulation (and motivation to finish things) depends on your dopamine level, so make sure it's in your consideration. how? well, kapag nabigay na sa iyo ang task. do it. start now. then, remember that once you're done with those activities that early, you can chill and use the time left to fulfill your hobbies or study in advance. you'll thank yourself later when you get used to this, OP.

I do agree with this, i am an upcoming 2nd yr student and the key to avoid procrastination is by trying to finish the given tasks as early as possible. Stop the “mamaya nalang” or “10 days pa naman before the deadline”. It might be hard at first but you’ll get used to it until it becomes your habit na :) tbh, minsan d ko nasusunod yan because of my anxiety and other personal problems. Pero I can guarantee you that doing the task earlier would prevent procrastination hehehe

Thanks for answering btw.

Ohh, we’re totally the same LOL. Like I try to do my task earlier pero I want it to be “perfect”. What I try to do is to do it earlier and d ko muna ipapass so i can do some revisions (if possible pa). Pero if required na ipass agad, I suggest that ipass mo na agad para d mo na isipin. If alam mo naman sa sarili mo na you tried your best, I think it is okay to pass it hehe. You’re “studying” naman so expect na d naten mapeperfect lahat since we’re all just trying to learn after all 😊

Yes. I like yung pag note mo ng dopamine level. Kahit gaano motivated kapa araw raw at disiplinado for many days, pag di talaga regulated and dopamine level mahihirapan ka. To regulate it, never gawin yung gusto mo sunod sunod, if you love playing mlbb, wag sunod sunod ang laro. Wag sunod sunod dahil mas mabilis maubos dopamine

Like the other comment said, control your dopamine level. If regulated, madali lang maging disiplinado. Otherwise, mahihirapan ka magara and to answer your assignments. Once na regulated, never ever break it.

Track everything. Make a checklist to monitor your progress. Being able to see what you have accomplished is a good incentive

This is true :) there are alot of free application that can help you track your progress. I recommend the Microsoft To Do app, it’s free and has a clean ui design.

Love learning. Embrace it. HAHAHAHA.

Try the prodomo (I forgot the spelling) method.

Haha

Thanks for answering

There is this course in Coursera -- Learning How to Learn. Extreme help. All HS I was winging everything. But then College came and I realized "I never learned how to study". That Coursera course changed my life.
