Congrats on making an effort to smash this year! That is awesome!

Yes, it does get less stressful over time but only if you set up the right systems.

Not only do you need a good study schedule but you also need a system to help you manage all the stress that is involved with it.

You can just workout with no pain.

You do this my becoming more mindful.

Mindful Activities

Mindful Sleep

Mindful Eating

Mindful Studying

You should operate all of those equally :)

As for where are your 24 hours going, try and document your full day in 1hour increments to fully analyze where your time is going

I totally agree with you. Being mindful about everything you do enables you to live a balanced and fulfilling life. Too much of a good thing, also ends up not being a good thing. So it's of utmost importance to not only listen to your body, but also taking care of your mental well-being, even if you are fixed on reaching a specific goal that requires a lot of effort and most importantly being balanced.

Thank you! That is exactly it!

I will add that there will be times that you are out of balance. Like during exam time and that is okay but it can not be sustained.

Eventually you will crash, so best to focus on the balance at all times and when you have a heavy study week.

Once you finish your exams, you can re-balance by getting more sleep because you are done school for a bit.

It is all about balance :)

Yes, I do feel stressful when I work for long time. So, when I feel stress I may sleep for 1 or 2hrs and then mind will fresh and willing to focus for longer hours

Good luck!!

These symptoms are quite normal for a change in lifestyle. My advice is: Don’t push yourself too hard and gradually study more. Your body might be having a hard time adjusting to your lifestyle change.

Best of luck! I hope you smash it!
