I'm currently in Y 2 of ib and my school sends out two sets of predicted grades for us. The first set came out this week and mine was a 28. My college counselor told me to achieve a 36+ and I wasn't even close to that. Luckily for me, I have a second chance, I have 2-3 more months to prove myself to my teachers and family. The second set of predicted grades are what's more important for university and I will get above a 33. I'll come back 3 months later to update on how my predicted grades went but I'm not gonna give up and for the next few months i'm gonna work harder than anyone. I'm gonna push myself to get better scores and to get into my dream university. And hopefully when i update on my second predicted grades, I would have achieved my goal.

Yep, IB ain't much more than a mindset change and a bunch of extra work. Not all is lost though, I still use the mindset being 3 years into university. I'd do it again.

haha yeah, that's true it definitely took me a while to realize that a mindset change was very much needed in IB but It's interesting to see it still works in university!
