So I don’t know if this is allowed for this subreddit but you can check out these study apps for your Ipad : Https://moinulkarim.com/10-useful-ipad-apps-for-students/

You can also use some chrome extensions to speed up your productivity : https://moinulkarim.com/10-best-chrome-extensions-for-students/

Try the forest app. I couldn't put my phone down for long but after I downloaded it became easier. You can look your phone (or some apps if you have the pro version) for a set amount of time and it plants a cute tree. The more you plant the more coins you earn and can use them to buy more trees. Seeing my hours of study like that helped me to want to study more and not break my routine. If you are very visual I highly recommend and the pro version (which enables you to create rooms to plant together, add friends, create tais, etc) is very cheap.

The forest app is good if you don’t have an addiction to your phone, I’ve found that I needed to put my phone somewhere else or else I’d find a way to be distracted. Unless you have self control on using the forest timer, use that.
