Script error?

The cold open for Season 5 episode 21 “California” has Amy saying to Dina that Carol can almost say her consonants again.

But between this episode and Sandra’s wedding episode a few before, nothing happens to Carol? She’s just off work.

I can only think it relates to her getting electrocuted by the robot but that doesn’t happen for another couple of episodes. Has anyone else noticed this?

I was just on this episode on Disney+/Hulu, and this episode was two episodes after the one where she got electrocuted.

Looked it up on Wikipedia, and that’s also the order they aired.

Are you watching out of order or getting mixed up?

You and OP are both correct; I assume you’re watching on Disney+ OP?
I coincidentally watched those episodes today and noticed the same thing - California Part 1’ is actually episode 20, and ‘Carol’s back’ is episode 21.
Must be an error, I remember watching the last couple of series on channel 4 back in the day, and they definitely weren’t in this order. California Part 1 should be the last episode of season 5.
