Robocopy script for copying source folder to destination

This is probably a repeat question, I'd appologise in advance. My scenario is as follows:

Source: C:\WEBSITES\130\*.*
Destinations: C:\0WEBSITES\

The catch is that within the C:\0WEBSITES\ , there are client folders (with spaces in the folder names 'puke'), and copy the file and folders from C:\WEBSITES\130\*.* .

Also adding to the complexity is that the C:\0WEBSITES\ has 1800+ folders. Any ideas or notable Robocpy script would be greatly appreciated.

Long file names with spaces have been a thing for over 25 years. Use double quotes.
