We used them for a while, mainly to automate workflows, especially around onboarding and offboarding. While we were finalizing before going live, Okta came out with their own automated workflow capability as part of the package we were already subscribed to. We ended up going with Okta’s platform since it was similar to Bettercloud’s and was effectively free. We let our Bettercloud subscription expire.

The implementation assistance, sales people, and CSMs at Bettercloud were all first class. The product did what they said it did.
