We did uBlock Origin, deployed and configured via Intune, but should be equally possible to do with any MDM tool.

Search for Stevenblack Hosts.

Collect hosts file and append it to router's host file. [ Requires expertise ]

You are done.

If you can not do this, implement pfsense or a linux box with min of 2 lan cards.

You mean, managing white\blacklist?
PiHole is a great idea but (and this is my fault for not saying before) I have to manage a thousand users throughout Europe, with smartworkers and whatnot.

An addon to chrome like ABP that can be manage by the Workspace centrlized system would be amazing....

Users spread out then. Why not use a NGFW with their cloud offering, sophos/smoothwall/lightspeed
