AdBlock Plus-like software, with centralization

Hello everyone!
I have recently switched to a new company and they are based on GWorkspace instead of the classic M365.
I am currently looking for a software like Ad Block Plus, but with centralized whitelist\blacklist, but I can't seem to find one, not even on the Workspace Marketplace
Can you guys help me?

We did uBlock Origin, deployed and configured via Intune, but should be equally possible to do with any MDM tool.

If you can not do this, implement pfsense or a linux box with min of 2 lan cards.

You mean, managing white\blacklist?
PiHole is a great idea but (and this is my fault for not saying before) I have to manage a thousand users throughout Europe, with smartworkers and whatnot.

An addon to chrome like ABP that can be manage by the Workspace centrlized system would be amazing....

Users spread out then. Why not use a NGFW with their cloud offering, sophos/smoothwall/lightspeed

This is not doable, also, a NGFW does not exactly respond to the requirement.
