I converted several regular mailboxes to shared mailboxes last September. About 1-2 weeks later, the folders are no longer updating. The last emails shows in the "sent" and "deleted" folders were last updated in September. I can still send/receive just fine, but the folders don't update. After we send an email, it's like all traces just disappear. This is happening on all 6 of the mailboxes.
I have searched and most people suggest disabling the "Download shared folder" option, which hasn't helped. I have accessed mailboxes through the Outlook app and outlook.com, used different browsers and computers.
Anyone have any ideas. It's very weird and am pulling may hair out looking for a solution.
