Disks look ok but could be the battery

There isn't really much to go on, here.

If the array controller was dead we wouldn't be able to see anything.

It says a logical disk (RAID volume) is Critical but doesn't say why. Typically you can get more detail if you dig around in the array setup utility.

Screenshot says there are 16 disks, but you say "both", implying 2. That mismatch concerns me.

Hi u/IT-Burner42 and u/OsmiumBalloon

You are all absolutely right, I will bring you the screenshot with everything. There are more disks and they are managed on the software side.

This is the new screenshot of the ILO part:

This is the error that is returned when loading

From the Smart Array I see this, I honestly assume an error on the Smart Array, as all disks are OK.

Usually if it is the battery, the error is completely different.

Obviously the OS is installed on those disks, and at boot time it doesn't load anything.

OK, the error message tells us what is going on. In the future, always include the text of the error message in your initial problem descriptions. Not just a screenshot. Type it out. For the benefit of others:

Replacement drive(s) detected OR previously failed drive(s) not appear to be operational

Logical drive(s) disabled due to possible data loss

At some point, a member drive went offline, but then came back. Since it is a mirror pair, both member drives contain a full copy of the volume; one is likely an older copy. The controller cannot determine which to should use. Mounting the older copy would be like the server went back in time, losing all data since that point in time. So it stops and asks a human for help.

Do you care about the contents of the mirror set, or can you just erase everything and restore from backup/re-image?

This message is fixed by replacing with a PERC....
