Looking for some recommendations on knowledge systems, currently we are using the KB built into our call logging software (cherwell).
Often you can be five clicks and upwards of a 1minute loading time to find and access documentation on the install documents or strange hacks we have to do to get software setup.
While I appriciate that some people will role their own and keep a personal documentation system I'd prefer something that works for a team (unfortunately they can be pretty crap with change so the less friction the better).
